- Personalized or sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

- Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.
- You’ll receive a return authorization and instructions via email.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be liable for lost returns.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
